St. Patrick’s Day Family Tea @ Main Library

Join us on Sunday, March 17 @ 2 pm for a tea party! Registration for this event is requested by calling 937-382-2417.

Guests will be presented a 3 tier tea tray with an array of classic Irish tea time favorites: Corned beef finger sandwiches, Irish soda scones, and various desserts. Traditional black Irish Breakfast tea (decaf) will be served in porcelain tea pots with milk and sugar to add.

We will talk about proper table manners, the origins of tea time, and the tea time in different cultures.

Please arrive on time in your version of Sunday’s best attire. You can also dress to the 9’s if you like.

This is an experience program (not a crafting program) for Children and their parents, grandparents, aunts or uncles, or caring adult.
