Card policy

Anyone who lives, works or attends school in Ohio may apply in person for a library card.

Each person is responsible for all items checked out on his/her card and agrees to abide by the lending rules, policies, and regulations of the Wilmington Public Library of Clinton County.

Adult library card

To obtain a library card, a person 18 years or older must show photo identification with proof of current address. They must then complete and sign the library card application form.

A valid driver’s license or state identification card with the current address is an acceptable form of picture identification with proof of current address. If neither of these is available, an item from list A (picture ID) AND an item from list B (proof of address) will be accepted.
